What LCC collects
Application details, contact details, postcode area, campervan interests, membership status, payment status, admin review notes and member-submitted content.
Verification evidence
Selfie and photo ID evidence is used only for manual membership review. Access should be limited to authorised admins, with audit logs and short retention.
Member visibility
Members can use a nickname. Legal names and identity evidence are for admin verification, not ordinary member display.
Member areas
Private events, maps, community posts, saved items, attendee lists and help guides are for verified active members only and must not be shared outside LCC.
Location safety
The platform should show places and events, not live member locations. Members stay in control of personal travel plans and meet-up arrangements.
GDPR rights
Members can request access, correction or deletion of their personal data where legally possible. Identity, safety and financial records may need limited retention.
Retention guide
Keep account and payment records while membership is active. Keep rejected application records only as long as needed for safeguarding, disputes or legal requirements.
Security controls
Recommended controls include HTTPS, role-based admin access, strong admin codes or MFA, Cloudflare protections, secure uploads, R2 private storage and D1 audit records.

Use essential cookies for sign-in. Any analytics, marketing pixels or third-party embeds should be listed here before launch with opt-in where required.
