Privacy and safety

Verification should collect the minimum needed.

The platform should store application status, review dates, decision reasons and audit events. Raw ID documents, selfies and facial templates should not be retained in ordinary member profiles.

Production verification should use secure upload links, short retention windows, role-based admin access, MFA, audit logs, appeal handling and a legally reviewed eligibility policy.

The manual queue is designed to support the club's safeguarding aim while avoiding automated decisions about sensitive eligibility questions.
